Return Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund within 30 days of receipt. Returned items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, with all tags attached.
To initiate a return, you must obtain a valid Return Authorization (RA) number by emailing info@ababy.com. Returns without an RA number will not be accepted.
Please note:
• Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
• Upon request, we will provide a free return label for your convenience.
Damages and Issues
Inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, missing parts, or if you received the wrong item. We will take prompt action to resolve the issue, including arranging a return or sending a replacement part.
To process your claim, we may request photos of the damage. Please email us as soon as possible to ensure a quick resolution.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item, the quickest way is to place a new order for the desired item and return the original item for a full refund. Once your return is received and approved, we will process your refund promptly.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund has been approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note:
• It may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
• If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, contact us at info@ababy.com for assistance.
