Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not, non-custom items can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of receipt. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, with all tags attached.
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@ababy.com to obtain a valid Return Authorization (RA) number. Returns without an RA number will not be accepted.
Please note:
• Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
• Upon request, we will provide a free return label for your convenience.
Custom & Personalized Items:
Please note that custom-sized or personalized items are not eligible for returns. Only non-custom items may be returned under the terms outlined above.
Damages and Issues:
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item is defective, damaged, missing items, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately. We will take prompt action to resolve the issue, including arranging a return or sending a replacement part.
To help us process your claim quickly, we may request photos of the damage. Please reach out as soon as possible to ensure a swift resolution.
Refunds:
After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note:
• It may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
• If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at info@ababy.com for assistance.
